Avbase Building Services is an award-winning family business and have been working in this industry for over 20 years operating in and around Surrey, West Sussex. London and areas within the M25 circular. We cover all aspects of building, home improvements, renovations, project management to include total refurbishments, garage conversions, loft conversions, home extensions, kitchen & bathroom installations from start to finish, covering all aspects from tiling, electrical, plumbing, plastering and decorating to complete design and purchase.

Our founder Nick Pratt worked for well-known corporations as a manager and consultant for over 20 years before he decided to embark on his own entrepreneurial journey to establish Avbase Building Services. His corporate background brings a highly-professional approach in managing and executing each building project we undertake.
